How it works

The Wallet System, in plain terms

Four things worth knowing before you start spending.

  • Tops up every month
    Your credit resets on your billing date, ready to spend again.
  • Unused credit does not roll over
    Whatever you do not use resets at the start of the next cycle.
  • Drawn from your Wallet
    Usage comes out of your Wallet in your TRM Engine account (Settings > Wallet & Transactions).
  • Only pay past your credit
    You are only charged for usage beyond your monthly credit, billed to the card on file.
  • Usage has a cost, but we cover you
    Every plan includes a monthly credit based on your package, so your day-to-day usage is covered.

Long texts count as moreTexts over 160 characters count as 2 or more segments.
Emojis shorten a segmentEmojis shorten a segment, so they use up your credit a little faster.
